Thanks for your reply, I found that the USB bandwidth seems to be limited on the 1 port, which is part of a panel of memory on my pc card reader. Someone at - it ideas of what could be the cause? I use vista family premium fully updated and all the rest works fine.
I downloaded the latest version of the software for this cam but the problem persists, it seems very unstable and crashes easily. I managed to operate only once by trial and error and plug the cam into a different usb port and the cam worked correctly with a fast refresh picture, also the usb bandwidth went up to 6. The problem seems to be that on the window of parameters of that bandwidth usb is at least (1) and will not be changed.
